The project covers 1,800 sqm in Suzhou Industrial Park, with four zones: sand therapy, sauna, salt therapy and lounge.
The layout follows a one-way circulation loop sized for a peak of 300 guests per day, routing changing, showering, sauna and rest in sequence to avoid congestion at busy hours. Private suites form a separate wing so they are not affected by the public areas.
Delivered in 38 days, including equipment commissioning and operator training.
